I can't believe how times flies! It's such a long time ago that I updated my last blog post. I must apologise to all those who read my posts and were perhaps waiting for more news.
Lots has happened, of course. Our daughter had a great lockdown wedding. Julia and Luke were so lucky to be able to go ahead and be blessed with wonderful weather and a truly amazing and unforgettable day.
I am back at the "day job", and I am enjoying seeing my colleagues rather than working from home. It was absolutely fine for a while and I would do it again, of course, but I am really enjoying being back at my desk at work.
Speaking of work - I had some holidays to take and the first lot is coming to an end today. We had a great weekend in Devon and then went off camping with the family in the Wye Valley. It was quite an
experience - not sure if I am born to spend holidays on campsites again but we all enjoyed it and had a great time.
Writing-wise not too much has been happening but I think promotions can slowly start again after total lockdown. Book number 3 has been talked about over the last couple of weeks but I have not actually started on it yet. I have a few other, smaller writing projects in mind as well.
I am currently busy with a couple of charity challenges for Diabetes UK. Updates on those can be found on Facebook.
That's all the news for now - looking forward to another trip away soon. More news on my return.
