Happy New Year 2026

I hope you have all had a good Christmas - happy New Year!

Although I was very disappointed when I received a phone call in early December telling me that my log cabin/studio won't be delivered until 5th January 2026 I am now very excited for next week.

Over the last few days we have cleared the site and transplanted some trees (bit tricky in winter but needs must). Hopefully, everything will survive the night frosts we are having at the moment.

Furniture etc for the studio is waiting in the garage - so I am looking forward to getting going as soon as I can.

A recent visit to Cornwall meant that I have brought back more materials and I have also got a couple of spaces in our new home that I want to fill with new work.

Having joined two tennis clubs (and potentially looking at another one) keeps me busy and the park running is back too.

Spending time with family and dogs has been great so far. We are so glad we made the move.

As soon as I am back "working" I will post again. Let's hope 2026 will be a good year.
