The Interview

Time for a new blog, I feel. During lockdown book sales have been far from great but I have worked a little on promotion. Here is the link to a recent interview, very kindly put together by Emma Moyle from Books and Wine Gums.

Apart from the above it looks as if I may, at least partly, go back into the day job's office next week. I do enjoy working from home but it will be nice seeing colleagues and not being "kicked out" by a poor internet connection etc. I will bring in my own PPE, and a big thank you must go to two sets of good friends in Germany who have supplied us with wonderful masks.

The lovely weather has made it possible for us to go on some more terrific walks, and we have so far been swimming in the sea twice (no wet-suits, of course!). Yesterday it was very windy here in Carbis Bay but the sea water temperature was amazing. We have been back playing tennis as a family group and each time we had the entire club to ourselves which was nice and reassuring. I am looking forward to getting back on my trusted bike. I have only used it once recently and that was to cycle over to our mobile post office - so I have not been very far on my bike at all lately. We have done lots of work around house and garden, including tidying up the garage. Not too many writing projects have been completed, I am afraid

which I put down to the good weather as well but things will change. Take care everyone, keep safe and I will be in touch again soon.
