October is here and What happened to September?

Mid-October! Last blog post was in August - just unbelievable! What has happened to September? Why didn't I post? After all, I had my birthday and I retained my St Ives Tennis Club Ladies Singles title for the third year running - and at the end of the month we went on holiday to the Isle of Man. So why no blog?

No excuses, really. So here we are. I am back, I have started writing again - yes!!! Have not continued with Book Number 3 but have written some other pieces while waiting for minor surgery. Being forced to stay at home when the weather is nice is not great but I find I always have enough to do.

Anyway, I am out of "lockdown" again now and allowed to walk. Sport will have to wait for a few more days yet. Have had a great little walk in Truro straight after surgery yesterday and then did almost 6k walking on the "3 Miles of Golden Sands" this morning. Needless to say I collected a few more bits and pieces for my artwork.

With Christmas Fairs etc making a return in 2021 I am hoping to sell my goods at local fairs. If the church fairs are not happening I will have to try and reserve a table at the St Ives Farmers

market during November/December.

I have sold a few items over the past months and Christmas is always a good time to shift books and home-made items. This year in particular should be a good year for selling "crafty" goods.

So, after some annual leave this week I will return to work next week and I will keep you all posted!
